For health and safety reasons, vape products are non-returnable once opened or activated.
Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace defective items at no cost.
Wrong item shipped
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.
Non-returnable
Opened or activated disposable vapes cannot be returned. Sale and clearance items are final.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
