At EBVapes.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any products back.
Returns received without an approved RMA may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
The following conditions apply:
- A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from eligible refunds.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning products.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a member of our team will contact you to arrange your exchange.
If the replacement item has a higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
If the replacement item costs less, any eligible refund will be issued according to this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used disposable vapes
- Opened e-liquids or vape juice
- Opened pods or cartridges
- Used vape devices
- Used accessories
- Products damaged through misuse
- Products not purchased directly from EBVapes.com
- Opened sample packs, bundles, or promotional packages
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
Return Process

- Request an RMA number.
- Package the item securely.
- Include the approved RMA information.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.
Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
